You are simply the best that sells authentic stuff

Ordered shoes online. They didn't arrive in the time given for delivery so I chased on the online chat. Was told they had sold all the stock and couldn't give me a delivery date for them. These were for a present so not only did I miss the Birthday but had to buy something else but was told it will be 3-5 days before I get my refund of £60. Shocking customer service as never once was I told these were no longer in stock.

Tried and failed to add promo code. Tried and failed to explain on AI chat.

The site is great, and well set out.

First time ordering from All Soles and it did not disappoint. My order arrived bang on time and I am very happy with my purchase. It was effortless ordering and I have my new Birkenstocks in time for my holiday away.

Disappointing that I cannot use a new customer discount in the sale. Less likely to use in the future

Was allowed to purchase some sandals waited a few days and no update on order. Messaged them and they advised they will not be dispatched till 12th august! There was no information sent to advise this they basically let me purchase a pair of sandals which were not in stock! Joke!

All was good and easy except that the order appeared as inclusive of free delivery and returns, but I was charged when it came to pay for it.
Can you explain?
